Party, Party, Party!

Us Kikuchi girls really know how to party! That's pretty much what we did ALL day today!

I was in charge of a breakfast for all the teachers and staff at school this morning. Feeding 75 is no joke and meant I was up at 5 am cooking quiche and all three of us were at the school at 6:45! That's sure bright and early but those teachers and all the staff sure deserves it! So thankful for all the amazing moms who helped pull that off and that it's over! That was party number one and I had a lot more fun then I thought I would! Keags and Rys were thrilled to be in the teachers lounge and hug everyone as they came in!

Party number two was the caroling and sing along. A gazillion kids and teachers in one gym singing Christmas songs at the top of their lungs is pretty much as cute as can be!
Parties number 3 and 4 were the class Christmas Parties! This year since I'm a grade level coordinator and not a room mom, I was able to bounce between both parties which was nice. Both girls had a fantastic time! Riley played dreidel, dreidel, dreidel, made reindeer food, had snack and I read the class a story. Keagan did a crossword search, made a reindeer craft and a melted snowman ornament, played a bowling game and drawing game. Everybody had a really great time!

A fun treat this year was that Kellie and her two cute friends Aspen and Jordan surprised my girls and came to their parties! Both girls freaked out and were SO happy to have them there!

The wonderful Miss Granny was also there of course!
After some clean up in the school, lots of tears from saying goodbye to Mrs Hernandez and some time on the playground with our friends, we were off to the 5th and final party, our Ward (church congregation) Christmas party. Keagan was off playin with all her friends while a tired and hungry Riley was hangin with me. During the program the Prinary (children's ministry) sang two precious songs and then Santa came from the North Pole!
It really has been a wonderful day full of parties! But now we are all partied out and exhausted! We may have tried to cram too many parties in one day. Not sure that's even possible but hopefully after a good nights sleep we will be back to our parting ways! One can hope.
