Let's Rodeo!

We kicked off Spring Break 2014 right today with our annual trip to the rodeo! We went with the Fosters, Frenchs and Sanfords. After much debate about possible rain, it ended up being a gorgeous day and we had such a fantastic time!

My girls were happy with the golf cart ride from the parking lot and the huge escalator in the convention center as starters! But then it was so much fun to see the baby animals, ride TONS of rides, play a couple of games and of course have yummy Rodeo food! In all we had some of the following...corn dogs, fried Oreos, fried Snickers, fried pecan pie, fried Cheescake and some sausage on a stick. Wowzers! Good thing we did a ton of walking!

Both girls played a game and won a furry pink Elephant which Riley just loved on so much. And Keagan also won a pink carrot. They were able to go on a whole bunch of rides, several of which I joined them on. They loved driving the tractor and sparkly cars and who doesn't love a flying pink elephant?

We really just had a fantastic time! And we all have some sun kissed faces and tired feet to prove it! We love the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo!
