Goodbye Seven

Miss Riley fought me harder then she has in years to go to bed tonight! I'm thinking maybe she just wanted to savor being 7 years old just a little bit longer!

The girls last day of being 7 was a great one. Picture day at school and they both had a good day. Then they were giddy with excitement when our neighbor gifted them Disney bubble wands as any early birthday gift! Seriously they were in bubble heaven!

But once we had to come inside the bubbles had to be turned off and Miss Riley cried and cried. The sweetest thing ever was that Keags was the only one who could comfort her! I had to capture this sweet moment! Big sisters (by one whole minute) are truly the best!

And the night ended with the sweet Riesbergers dropping an amazing present off and then I let the girls open more amazing gifts from the Hall-Browns and the Chicago Ginns! Like all amazing gifts! We are so spoiled!

And the spoiling has just begun! All the presents are wrapped and waiting. All gift bags because paper is too hard for Riley. I did purple tissue paper for Keagan, yellow tissue paper for Riley and their two joint gifts have white tissue paper. Our traditional decorations from their first birthday are hung and now it's officially birthday time!

Everyone says it's great to be 8! Well we are about to see!
