A Real Celebration!

Listen, this is real life. Yes we absolutely had a fantastic 4th of July today. So much fun was had by all! But it wasn't picture perfect like the Instagram pic I just posted. False advertising? I don't think so. Cause I do like to keep it real! And it really was great. But we spent the morning cleaning and doing "boring things" according to Keagan. And then plans being reworked, Keagan running straight out in front of a car and almost getting hit, a minute of rain, and a Roman candle bebacle that doesn't need to be dwelled on could not ruin our celebration! Cause it really was a great one!

Pizza and LOTS of laughs at the French's came first. Then we walked over to the Gleannloch neighborhood bash that was quite the party! Live music, booths, foam pit, bounce houses, food trucks and give aways with the French's (including Miles), Fosters (including Addie! Yay!) and Blackhurst's and several hundred of our other close friends. The girls got their faces painted, did the bounce houses, played corn hole and saw lots of friends! Then it was back to the French's for the most epic ice cream Sunday bar my eyes have ever witnessed! We had bluebell and toppings for days! We made ourselves sick on ice cream as we watched the firework show from the backyard and then did a few fireworks ourselves.

Seriously such a fun night! And one I'm thankful I have the freedom to celebrate how and where I may! God bless America!
